# 如何取消订单？

我们理解在特殊情况下你无法完成订单，需要取消订单。可以按照下面的操作来完成：

1. 进入**我的-订单**
2. 点击您想要操作的订单
3. 拉至页面最下方，点击按钮**取消订单**
4. **为了良好的体验，请在取消订单时向买家如实说明取消原因。**
